Judge throws out charges against Brooklyn driving school operators who plead guilty to helping students cheat
Defense attorneys Zachary Margulis-Ohnuma and Michele Gelernt were successful in their argument that their clients, a husband-and-wife team, had been charged with the wrong crimes, leading to dismissal of the charges.
